Media Director is responsible for leading a team of Media Planners and Buyers. Oversees research, development, and implementation of media plan. Being a Media Director negotiates client projects and develops client relationships. Ensures client budget and target audience is met. Additionally, Media Director may require a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Under the direction of the Director of Media Services, the Technical Assistant manages the operations of the Media Center, which would include assisting students and faculty with technology based requests and projects. Project tasks include the use and knowledge of digital video production, cameras, mixed media recording, etc. The Technical Assistant will also be responsible for event set up and operation of audio visual equipment at various venues and manage the venue technology during the events.
Provide audio-visual support and services to faculty and students·
Operate and troubleshoot integrated audio-visual systems and other technical equipment· Process and post produce incoming audio-visual materials, equipment and requests· Understand and follow oral and written directions·
Maintain a clean and safe work area·
Other duties as assigned
