Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
• Oversee scheduling of patient appointments and manage patient flow.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and collections.
• Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in medical office management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Proficient in using medical software such as Dentrix or similar systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with fiscal management principles.

Experience:

• At least one year of experience in an administrative setting preferred.
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
• Microsoft Access and/or QuickBooks experience strongly preferred.
