Medical office facility seeking motivated Scheduler for full-time position.

Duties will include the following:

**handling inquiries from patients and doctors

**Insurance authorizations

**greeting and registering patients

**answering a multi-line phone system

**scheduling appointments over the phone and in person

**receiving payments over the phone and in person

**Other duties to be discussed at interview

Requirements:

**Previous scheduling/ insurance authorization experience in medical field (at least 1 year)

**Ability to multi-task in busy environment

**Basic computer skills

**Professional demeanor and positive attitude

**Team player

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
