Currently, our Windows division in Medford, Wisconsin, a growing, major window and door manufacturer with manufacturing facilities located in Alabama, California, and Wisconsin, is seeking a qualified Production Scheduler to work collaboratively with our teams.

About the Position

• Schedule orders to current capacities and lead time
  
• Create production schedules for the plant
  
• Process manufacturing batches and corresponding plant paperwork
  
• Follow-up with move up orders, changed, and expedites
  
• Review and follow-up custom order requirements
  
• Resolve any discrepancies on order
  
• Provide support to Purchasing, PIC, and Information Centers

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word
  
• Knowledge of AS400 is helpful
  
• Strong math and analytical skills
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  
• Requires high attention to detail
  
• Time management and organizational skills
  
• Self-motivated, dependable team player

The general wage range for this position at Sierra Pacific Industries is from $19.79 and $21.61 per hour, and is dependent upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to: relevant work experience, skill, knowledge, and/or education.
