Meeting/Event Planner plans and organizes live or virtual meetings and events for an organization or external clients. Implements an event strategy to achieve objectives. Being a Meeting/Event Planner researches and recommends event venues. Coordinates meeting logistics, including attendee registration, transportation, accommodations, meals, and technology. Additionally, Meeting/Event Planner conducts rehearsals and system checks of all equipment and connectivity. Researches and maintains relationships with vendors for event support services. Coordinates budget planning and ensures that events stay within cost projections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Meeting/Event Planner occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Summary:
As a member of the PEMHS treatment team, you will complete individualized assessments, treatment planning, case management, and discharge planning for consumers during their stay. Compliance with all documentation requirements is mandatory.
Benefits:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Human Services field
Experience: One year of experience as mental health social worker (preferred) or one year of other relevant work experience.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, twist, bend, and stand. Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing.
Special Requirements: Exposure to consumers; treatment program conditions, high turnover in consumer census with specific paperwork on each consumer.
