Big Blue Swim School is looking for a Member Services Team Representative to join our team! This position will assist new and current members via phone and chat with our call center. The successful candidate will be able to effectively resolve all customer inquiries in a timely manner while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Job Responsibilities:- Handle inbound calls for all new and current members of Big Blue Swim School in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete outbound phone calls for new and current members that require a follow up
- Handle incoming emails, live chats, and SMS messages that come in via our Omnichannel platform
- Convert potential Big Blue customer leads into members
- Identify members’ needs, clarify information, research resolutions and provide solutions or alternatives for our members
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Follow Big Blue Swim School core values during each and every interaction with our members and Member Services Team
Qualifications:- Previous customer experience in a contact center, customer support, or customer facing role strongly preferred
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to communicate information accurately and clearly to customers
