Do you have a passion for Finance and financial analysis supporting growth in the residential building and real estate industry?  Start your new story here by joining Berks Homes!  Under the direction of the CFO, the Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.  Clear and concise communication will be key in this role as they will often need to provide and request information to external investors and banks.   

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Analyzes the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin
• Monitors KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
• Develops and continually improves budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasting
• Ad-hoc business performance reporting
• Presents the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
• Implements a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
• Develops financial models and analyzes them to support strategic initiatives
• Supports management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
• Maintains analysis and schedules to ensure the company is within various covenants set by the banks
• Prepares and manages all investor statements, records, and transactions
• Other ad hoc analysis and work papers per leadership’s needs
• Other duties as assigned
