Unique opportunity for an RN with leadership and management experience in long term/skilled nursing care to lead our small house style facility in Bethel, Ohio. Our innovative 18-bed facility features person centered care in a homelike setting. This clinical nurse leader will coach and mentor our staff as they continue to achieve success in their roles as caregivers and provide quality services in our small community.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Monitors compliance of staff with care, education, and clinical reporting.
Provide ongoing oversight and leadership of direct care staff
Oversee quality care and services to those we serve
Acts as liaison with Medical Director and completes Monthly Reports and Quarterly QI initiatives
Effectively performs performance management and hiring practices.
Acts as liaison with families and staff.
Qualifications:
RN license from Ohio
Desire and passion to care for elderly
Knowledge of nursing home regulations
