Your Schedule!

• Monday - Friday [9am - 5pm] Rotating Weekends On-Call Once Every 4-6 Weeks

Your Responsibilities!

• Quality Assurance: Perform service calls, in-home care assessments, and supervisory / quality assurance visits in clients’ homes.
• Client Case Management: Facilitate and monitor care for clients and caregivers’ logging of client activity; follow up on assignments and client services; and maintain accurate records in company software systems.
• Caregiver Instruction: Introduce new caregivers to our clients; counsel caregivers on supervisory/quality assurance concerns after visiting clients; and provide RN supervision to address any concerns, as appropriate.
