Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration:
- Oversee and execute daily administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

3. Financial Management:

- Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
4. Vendor Management:
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns as needed.

5. Facility Management:
- Oversee facility maintenance and repairs, including coordinating with external contractors and service providers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant administrative role, preferably in a retail or restaurant management setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
