Office Manager oversees and manages the daily activities of office staff to ensure efficient operations, service delivery and expense control. Develops and implements procedures and policies for all administrative activities. Being an Office Manager typically manages record-keeping, document preparation, mail distribution, reception, bill or invoice processing, maintenance services, technical support, project coordination/scheduling, and other related internal operations. Oversees the selection of vendors and the purchase of office equipment and supplies. We have an immediate opening for a candidate that has a strong knowledge of Dentistry, Dental benefits and optimal scheduling strategies. Demonstrates a strong understanding of Dental front office operations.
Expert in treatment planning, Dental billing experience, experience with PPO & HMO insurances.
Must have prior dental experience and must know Eaglesoft.
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not necessary.
Pay will range from $30 to $40 depending on your experience.
