OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER oversees and manages the daily activities of office staff to ensure efficient operations, service delivery and expense control. Develops and implements procedures and policies for all administrative activities. Being an OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER typically manages record-keeping, document preparation, mail distribution, reception, bill or invoice processing, maintenance services, technical support, project coordination/scheduling, and other related internal operations. Oversees the selection of vendors and the purchase of office equipment and supplies. Additionally, OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER coordinates resources to troubleshoot, determine the best solutions, and solve problems. Tracks and analyzes operational costs and monitors budget. Office Manager/Adult Services Supervisor

This position will have both supervisory and attendant caregiving responsibilities. One-half of the day will be spent in the office performing supervisory tasks and oversight of attendant caregiver services and the other half of the day in the field as an attendant caregiver taking care of client's. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-task skills and computer skills, be motivated and work independently, be passionate about healthcare and have strong ties in the communities we serve.

    Full-Time position w/benefits: Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm 35-40 hours/week

    Responsibilities:

    • This position is 1/2 day in office as Branch Services Supervisor and 1/2 day in the field as Attendant Caregiver each day.
    • Oversight of Adult Client Services at the branch office including referrals and scheduling of client services
    • Supervision of Attendant staff
    • Recruitment, hiring, orientation and HR tasks for personnel file for newly hired staff
    • Develop/maintain community partner relationship
    • Attendant Caregiver responsibilities for direct patient care include companionship, personal cares, grocery shopping, meal preparation and housekeeping etc.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
    • Two years of administrative experience
    • Strong computer skills are essential.
    • Medical or CNA background preferred
    • Positive and patient demeanor
    • Ability to build rapport with patients and staff
    • Ability to handle a light physical workload
    • Ability to communicate well with staff and community partners
    • Must be dependable

    Work Requirements:

    Must have a valid Driver's License. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Sit for up to 2 hours. Ability to stand for 2 hours. Ability to squat and bend. Ability to climb stairs. Ability to walk for up to 1 hour. Willing to undergo and pass a background check. Free of communicable disease.
