- Developm and implement training procedures to enhance agents' knowledge of medical terminology, customer service skills, and call center procedures.
- Assist the Nonclinical Manager with other administrative duties as needed.
- 2 years supervisory experience in a customer service setting, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and basic computer software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Proficiency in multitasking and meeting multiple deadlines.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
$50,000 - $55,000 annually
