Being a Photocopy Operator sets up and maintains machines and inventory of supplies. Troubleshoots and resolves equipment problems. Additionally, Photocopy Operator performs quality checks on work in process and finished jobs to avoid errors or waste. Prepares finished documents for pick up or shipping. JOB PURPOSE :
The purpose of the Perlite Operator is to comprehensively run the Perlite mill and process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure Perlite Unit GMP’s are adhered to.
Drive process reliability and optimization through routine inspection of process conditions. Make necessary adjustment to ensure optimal process efficiency.
Coordinate with maintenance and supervisor when necessary.
Participate in daily safety / lineout meetings. Conduct workplace inspections focusing on any potential safety hazards.
Ensure housekeeping standards are met and all areas are maintained in a clean and professional manner.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :
3 years in a process manufacturing environment and strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
