We are currently looking for a Press Operator at our production facility in Waterloo, IA.

Press Operator:

• Operates machines in an efficient manner with minimal waste. Follows safety rules according to company policy.
• Sets up and adjusts press according to job specification, also adjusts thermograph for raised print when needed. Checks registration and alignment throughout the job run.
• Reads job packets and checks all materials inside to determine production quantity. Stock type, ink color, and printing placement specifications. Signs all job packets.

Qualified candidates should have the following:

• Attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience working in a print production facility or shop
• Quality conscious with good organizational skills
• Productivity skills a must
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

General hours for this position are 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Starting hourly base pay $16.50 to $19.00 per hour commensurate with experience with opportunity to receive two increases during first year!
