    Job Description

    As a Senior Manager within the PMO focusing on the archOS Program, you will play a pivotal role in being responsible for the architecture, data, and legal workstreams. The archOS Program is a critical initiative sought at redefining our organization's technological infrastructure, optimizing data management processes, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide strategic direction, and drive the successful execution of initiatives within the architecture, data, and legal domains.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Workstream Oversight: Provide leadership and direction to the architecture, data, and legal workstreams within the archOS Program. Ensure alignment with program objectives and organizational goals.
    2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the architecture, data, and legal workstreams, in collaboration with key partners and senior leadership.
    3. Collaborator Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with partners across the organization, including IT, legal, data management, and other relevant departments. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and support for program initiatives.
    4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges within the architecture, data, and legal domains. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address issues as they arise.
    5. Resource Allocation: Lead resource allocation for the architecture, data, and legal workstreams. Ensure that teams have the vital skills, tools, and support to implement initiatives effectively.
    6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to supervise the progress of initiatives within the architecture, data, and legal workstreams. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on program status and performance.
    7. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement efforts within the architecture, data, and legal domains. Find opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and streamline operations.
    8. Compliance and Legal Oversight: Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, particularly regarding data management and privacy. Collaborate with legal authorities to address compliance issues and mitigate legal risks.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Validated experience in program management, with a focus on architecture, data management, and legal compliance.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to encourage and empower cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally with collaborators at all levels of the organization.
    • Sound understanding of data management principles, architecture frameworks, and legal regulations related to data privacy and compliance.
    • Proven track record of getting results in complex, cross-functional environments.
    • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
