The Sand Mountain Reporter in

Albertville is looking for someone to join

our award-winning team as a general

assignment writer and proof reader to

cover all aspects of the county. The

ideal candidate is organized, inquisitive

and productive. Applicant must have

good work ethic, excellent reporting

and writing skills to provide articles, and

time management skills with the ability

to meet deadlines. Must have strong

ability to copy edit, keen attention to

detail and familiarity with AP style. Basic

photography skills a plus. Experience

in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop

preferred but not required. The successful

candidate will need a passion for journalism

and a reputation

for quality and integrity.
