Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
This job opening is for a Project Support Analyst supporting the Network Services Division at Client IT. In this role this person will be accountable for tracking all spend approval, PO creation, and invoicing for the Network Services EOL project. The Network Services EOL project is an annual project at Client that is designed to replace one sixth of the LAN and WLAN equipment at our sites each year. The candidate will manage the spend folder creation process and ensure the Request For Investments (RFI) is created correctly. They will then create the needed purchase orders and ensure everything received and invoiced in the purchasing system (Coupa). They will use all this data to help forecast the overall program spend in alignment with the budget.
Typical task breakdown:
- Track all spend for Network Services EOL Program.
- Create purchase orders for equipment and ensure everything received and invoiced correctly in the purchasing system (Coupa).
- Manage overall program spend spreadsheet and report out on program budget as required.
Interaction with team:
- Will interact with the Program manager, team members from accounting, purchasing, and the site support team.
Work environment:
- Desk will be in Building AD in East Peoria. We are working 3 days a week from the office currently (usually Tuesday – Thursday, but the 3 days are flexible)
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5 years experience in this space
Technical Skills
(Required)
- Experience with spend approval and purchasing systems.
- Plan Analyst experience would a benefit, but not required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Background with purchasing and/or accounting processes.
(Desired)
- 5-7 years as a plan analyst for large programs ($10M )
- Experience with Coupa

- Ability to work with a diverse team and escalate when needed.
