Real Estate Attorney jobs in Delaware

Wolfe & Associates LLC has an opening for an experienced real estate attorney. We are looking for an attorney who cares about their clients and about doing meaningful and impactful work. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, detail-oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic counsel to clients in residential and commercial real estate matters

• Determine courses of action in contract controversy matters

• Draft and review various types of contracts

• Work within a case management system

• Review and analyze title search reports and title commitments

• Meet and consult with current and potential clients

• Conduct research in case law and Delaware statutes

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Must be a member of the Delaware Bar

• 2-5 years of experience as an attorney

• Ability to manage transactions from initiation to closure

• Experience with title searching is preferred

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Organized and efficient and the ability to work under pressure

• Experience with Microsoft Office software
