Receptionist greets visitors and maintains visitor logs. Completes security procedures such as issuing badges or visitor passes. Being a Receptionist performs administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, receiving and sending mail and packages. Responds to internal and external inquiries. Additionally, Receptionist may provide back up for clerical projects or route phone calls. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Receptionist works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Evening hours - 3 : 30pm-7 : 30pm
Sat / Sun - 8 : 30am-2 : 30pm
Aprox 22 hrs per week
Starting at $16 ( Pay based on experience)
The Receptionist answers incoming phone calls and greets internal and external customers in a professional, helpful and friendly manner. Performs clerical support, filing and recordkeeping functions in an efficient manner. Assists the Administrator and department heads as directed by the Administrator.
