Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications. Being a Recruiter contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Additionally, Recruiter initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May facilitate orientation for new employees and perform exit interviews for employees leaving the organization. May require a bachelor's degree in human resources. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Recruiter work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Responsibilities
    • Screen resumes and applications in Pathways Applicant Tracking System (Paycor) before sending all qualified candidates to managers for interviewing
    • Posting open positions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results
    • Update online job posting requirements when needed
    • Seek alternative and creative methods of reaching candidates
    • Setup phone and in-person interviews for hiring managers
    • Follow-up with candidates and hiring managers post-interview
    • Work with the team to propose offers to final candidates
    • Send offer letters and register new hires for electronic onboarding
    • Work with management to schedule and facilitate orientations
    • Performs other related duties as assigned
    Qualifications
    • Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
    • Experience using Outlook and other Microsoft tools such as Word and Excel (preferred)
    • Ability to work remote with computers and the necessary software applications used by the department
    • Excellent computer and software skills
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Understanding of HR functions and best practices
