Job Description
Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's human resources function. This includes developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives. Human Resources Manager acts as a strategic partner to senior management, providing guidance on HR matters and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Identifying, evaluating and solving hiring challenges. Recruiting top talent to executive positions. Interviewing potential candidates and making recommendations. Manage all new hires by ensuring a formal and through onboarding process. Collection of personal documents, signed contract/offer letter/service agreement, direct contractor documentation to ensure clearance to shelters, background checks, drug screening, TB test, N95 fit testing, copy of certifications or licensing, addition to communication platforms, addition to ADP, signing of handbook, coordinating with training department, coordinating with office manager/lead for first day.
