    Position Overview: The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties within a designated region. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing budgets, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and implementing property management best practices. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience with a national property management company and possess a strong track record of success in managing properties effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational Oversight:
    • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
    • Ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
    • Coordinate with on-site staff and contractors to address any operational issues promptly.
    • Budget Management:
    • Develop, implement, and monitor property budgets and financial performance.
    • Conduct regular financial reviews and prepare detailed financial reports for senior management.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
    • Tenant Relations:
    • Foster positive relationships with tenants and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
    • Oversee lease agreements and renewals, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
    • Implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
    • Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute property management strategies.
    • Analyze market trends and property performance to recommend improvements and adjustments.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for potential acquisitions, dispositions, and property improvements.
    • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and mentor property management staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in property management with a national property management company, with a proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio.
    • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in property management software and financial analysis.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPM, RPA) are a plus.
    • Attributes: High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
