Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and customer service. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a technical sales role
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new market opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,796.44 per year
