Position Summary 
Snap Kitchen, a leader in healthy and delicious ready to eat retail, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Retail to oversee retail sales growth across our Texas markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing retail revenue, enhancing store operations, and leading employee training and development. This role is crucial for ensuring the success and growth of Snap Kitchen in the retail operations across our 8 stores in Austin, Dallas, Houston.

What you will do... 

• Retail Revenue Growth:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability across all stores.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotions and campaigns that boost sales.
  4. Establish and monitor performance metrics to track and report on revenue growth.
  5. Prepare and present regular reports on performance to senior management.
• Employee Training and Development:
  1. Lead and mentor store managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  2. Develop and conduct training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
  3. Implement performance review processes and career development plans for employees.
• Customer Experience:
  1. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained in all stores.
  2. Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.
  3. Foster a customer-centric environment that aligns with Snap Kitchen's brand values.
• Store Operations:
  1. Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of all stores.
  2. Implement operational standards and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  3. Liaise with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate inventory management.
  4. Coordinate with store general managers to appropriately manage labor and all related costs.
  5. Oversee budgeting and expense management for each store.
  6. Ensure all stores comply with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Who you are... 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-unit leadership role.
• Proven track record in sales growth and retail operations management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with the health-focused culinary industry is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently within the Texas region. This role will split time between our Texas markets; Houston, DFW, Austin. 
• Must possess strong financial and analytical skills.
• Multi-unit food and beverage or health and wellness management experience a plus.
• Must possess a resilient, creative, and dynamic mindset in approaching challenges.
