Area Director of Operations responsibilities include:

• Recruit and select the restaurant leadership to ensure a team of great people
• Train and develop through proper coaching and teaching
• Give authentic praise and thank you

Essential Functions of the Area Director of Operations:

• Manage labor and cost of goods
• Execute the business model of the company
• Train, hire, and schedule managers
• Lead and direct the work of others
• Perform a variety of tasks to ensure effective and profitable operations

• Associate Degree in Business Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Business preferred
• 5-10 years related experience
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales initiatives
• History of strong employee and manager retention
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Flexible schedule
