At Extra Space, the Manager of Product Analytics will lead their team in delivering critical information to support the successful execution of the company’s Digital Vision. The successful leader in this role will be a mentor and coach in establishing processes and best practices that create value for their partners in Product, Business, and Engineering. The Manager of Product Analytics will represent their team in various leadership committees designed to deliver competitive and market digital leadership ranging from Web to Mobile mediums. They will be an active voice in defining and executing the company’s Product Portfolio Strategy. Primary Responsibilities Build and manage a team of Product Analysts using industry best practices and extreme ownership principles Partner with product and business stakeholder leadership to understand and support delivery of the company’s Digital Vision. Responsible for guiding their team in effective requirements gathering and refinement Actively engaged in ensuring feature prioritization that aligns to corporate initiatives across multiple product lines Train their team to be passionate advocates of the product vision and act as the voice of the customer throughout the development cycle Ensure product portfolio continuity of relevant product information across epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria Job Qualifications Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact. Experience leading cross-functional teams driving inclusion of diverse perspectives to arrive at the optimal solution Clear understanding of multiple product management roles including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and SCRUM Master Self-starter with the ability to take high-level concepts, refine them, and deliver on the expected results Ability to multi-task and manage multiple, different work streams Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making Entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to operate and quickly respond to emerging needs Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to influence key partners and stakeholders Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree (B.
