Director of Accounting-

Seeking a skilled Director of Accounting to join an amazing team within the Clearwater area. This position will be fully on-site and work within a strong work culture. This position will handle the management of month end close functions, perform monthly reporting, assist with audits, and collaborate with other internal teams.

Job functions-

• Manage monthly accounting close processes- journal entries, reconciliations, and income reviews
• Perform and maintain financial reporting and analysis on budgets, forecasts, and results
• Assist department leads with cost saving opportunities
• Assist with the integrations with acquisitions
• Implement and streamline software's and applications as needed
• Complete financial statements- balance sheets, cash flow statements, profit/loss, etc.
• Oversee and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Assists with annual audits- internal and external
• Provide oversight on income tax returns and provision requests
• Provide training and support to internal team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• accounting management: 3 years (Preferred)
• month end close oversight: 3 years (Preferred)
