Sales Analysis Manager is responsible for managing sales analysis teams, projects, research, and statistical studies to ensure effective sales execution and achievement of growth objectives. Manages the administration of CRM and other systems. Being a Sales Analysis Manager analyzes and evaluates sales metrics, goals, and performance. Develops reporting and analytics that support planning and forecasting. Additionally, Sales Analysis Manager may plan and organize training on systems and tools for sales teams. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Sales Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sales Analysis Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. What You'll Contribute The Manager, Business Analysis will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts, driving data-driven insights, and supporting decision-making processes across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze complex data sets, and provide valuable recommendations to optimize business operations and drive growth. What You'll Do Lead a team of business analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional growth and development. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for analysis and improvement. Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns. Develop and present actionable recommendations and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Ensure the adherence to business analysis methodologies, best practices, and standards across projects. Provide subject matter expertise in business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field. 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
