About the position:
The Sales Recruiter will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your expertise in sales recruiting will be instrumental in identifying and engaging high-potential candidates who can drive revenue and contribute to our organization's success.
What you will do:
- Work closely with sales leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans to fulfill their needs.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques including networking, job postings, referrals, and other channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified sales candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for sales roles within the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and sales supervisors, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process and providing regular updates on their application status.
- Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand and attract top sales talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify emerging talent pools and recruitment best practices.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- 1 years of experience recruiting for sales roles or recruiting with a heavy candidate flow is preferred.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other relevant tools to streamline the recruitment process.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple jobs and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong understanding of sales roles, requirements, and performance metrics, with the ability to assess candidates' sales capabilities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate job requirements, engage candidates, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
