Job Description: As a Used Car Salesman at the car plug , you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable vehicles from our extensive inventory.

Customer Service: Provide personalized assistance to customers throughout the car-buying process, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively showcase the value of each vehicle to potential buyers.Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Follow-Up: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to delivery, including paperwork and financing arrangements.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales team members, sales managers, and finance personnel to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall performance of the dealership.

Requirements:Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not required. We value individuals with a strong work ethic, sales aptitude, and a passion for customer service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of automotive financing and industry trends is a plus.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
