Sales Training Manager manages a team of trainers that create and deliver sales training programs that support an effective and motivated sales force. Partners with senior sales managers to assess training needs and develop programs focused on product knowledge and effective sales techniques and that will enable the sales team to maximize revenue potential. Being a Sales Training Manager monitors and analyzes sales team performance to evaluate the effectiveness of training and design follow up or ongoing programs as needed. Has strong knowledge and understanding of the organization's products, services, customers, competitors, and sales techniques. Additionally, Sales Training Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Sales Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sales Training Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Description:

    - 90% of your job is to help people actually reach their goals by selling them personal training. This is how we do that.

    • Take new gym members (booked for an appointments by Gold’s staff) through fitness assessment consisting of motivational goal setting, BASIC education on exercise science, and a 15 min FUN workout.
    • Ensure proper Fit Start Show Percentage of 75% or greater
    • Individual Personal Training Success of 10K Invoice
    • Discover members' needs
    • Offer solutions to members' needs by pitching an selling personal training programs
    • Make sales calls to existing members to set additional appointments
    • Interact with members at the front desk and the workout floor whilst trying to set appointments.
    • Manage personal training staff
    • Provide customer service to existing clients

    To qualify for employment:

    • Be professional
    • Have lots of energy
    • Must NOT be intimidated to regularly start conversations with members
    • Be able to set appointments with those members. You can't sell to an empty chair!

    Fitness background preferred, but a passion for fitness and helping people is the job. If your passion shines through, people WILL buy from you. Coachability is key. If you are willing to learn and you work hard, you WILL be successful. Will hire and train the right candidates immediately.
