Opportunity for a Service Consultant:
Job Requirements:
- Great customer service skills: Able to interact well with clients to obtain information about a vehicle to prepare repair orders for our technicians, must be able to explain work performed on vehicle to clients
- Job does not require, but may be helpful to have some automotive knowledge
- Computer literate: able to use PC & Tablet to access repair information
- Good written communication skills: Able to take technicians notes and write customer invoices
- Attention to detail
- Pleasant personality, interacts well with customers and other associates
- A team player but also able to work independently
