As the Senior Technical Product Manager overseeing our suite of Remote Software Support Tools, your role entails crafting an unparalleled global experience for the remote support of our valued customers and dealers. Your scope will span all layers of the technology stack, including hardware, embedded software, and cloud backend. You will drive a clear strategy that ensures our comprehensive fleet of equipment operates on the most current software, while minimizing downtime for our clients. Collaborating across operations, customer support, sales, and engineering teams, you will drive the development and execution of innovative technology and product strategies, consistently delivering exceptional value in terms of product performance, functionality, flexibility, and reliability.

Customer obsessed.
• Lead product discovery efforts to identify customer needs.
• Create and manage technical product roadmaps.
• Work with UX, architecture, development teams, and program management to control scope and enable Agile development cycles.
• Serve as product evangelist and subject matter expert.
• Assess and address technical risks.
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to launch and support products.
• Keep internal teams informed of competitive information gained regarding pricing, products, or general issues in the market.
• Initiate corrective actions as necessary as they relate to the product(s).
• Clear understanding of all product dependencies.
• May be responsible for multiple products.
• Responsible for handling larger/key products, or specialized/target products.
• Support identification and engagement/negotiations with external collaborative partners, including for new technology access and manufacturing strategies/techniques.
• Lead assigned projects, with limited assistance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with IoT software architectures, cloud systems, and software update strategies.
• Managed development of remote customer support tools.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently.
