• Build relationships with job seekers and clients, matching the right talent to the right opportunities.
• Conduct engaging interviews to evaluate candidate potential and career goals.
• Maintain organized and accurate records using CRM or similar databases.
• Collaborate with a driven team to achieve ambitious hiring and sales goals.
• Present solutions that solve client challenges and inspire confidence.
• Manage post-hiring processes with precision and professionalism.
• Continuously evaluate leads to ensure quality matches for clients and candidates.
