Job Title – Sourcing Recruiter
Onyx Point is on the search for a Sourcing Recruiter to join our team, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into recruiting or grow themselves as a recruiting professional! The ideal candidate will be someone excited to be a team player. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
This is a hybrid position and we are located in Hanover, MD with 2 days required in the office. In addition to sourcing, the ideal candidate should be comfortable taking on tasks outside of recruiting in support of the other leaders within the company.
Responsibilities- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
- Qualify or reject candidates based on resume reviews
- Review technical resumes of candidates with very diverse background
- Review hundreds of resumes
- Work hand and hand with the technical recruiter
Qualifications- Bachelors Degree (2 years recruiting experience in lieu of)
- Knowledge of Government Contracting desired but not required
- Willing to learn and excited to learn
- No experience necessary
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Team player
