RECRUITER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrates proficiency of internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS):
• Formatting job descriptions
• Reviewing and understanding job descriptions
• Adding and cloning jobs in ATS
• Adding a resume into ATS
• Reviewing applied candidates in ATS
• Logging Activities and Statuses
• Job Posting Maintenance
• Creating templates (emails, text messages, candidate submittals, write-ups, interviews, offers, starts)

RECRUITER EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in sciences, business, or related field required.
• 1-3 years of customer or sales-focused experience preferred.
• Prior collaboration in team-oriented environment preferred.
• Successful completion of the Recruiter Trainee Program.

RECRUITER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Effective professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of relationship building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a team or independently depending on the job responsibility being performed.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to compliance.
• Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and healthy appetite for competition.
• Strong technological aptitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
