The Regional Manager Supplier Diversity performa important support and assurance functions for key compliance aspects of the USB Supplier Diversity program (“Program”). The Governance for the Program is set forth in the USB Supplier Diversity Policy, Supplier Diversity Manual, and Project Diversity Compliance Coordinator (“PDCC”) Manual. The Regional Manager Supplier Diversity reports to the National Director and has two important relationships under the Program. First, the Regional Manager Supplier Diversity works with the PDCCs, who report to Operations and are responsible for project-level compliance with the Program. Second, the Regional Manager Supplier Diversity liaises with the Supplier Diversity Regional Directors and to keep them apprised of the compliance status of projects in their regions, and to raise for resolution any potential or actual non-compliances.
