    As a Supply Chain Specialist, Analytics at Carbon Robotics you will support Sourcing, Purchasing and Supply Chain in delivering robust and scalable processes.

    What you'll do:

    • Forecast production levels to plan for materials needed.
    • Track supplier delivery performance and response time
    • Obtain quotes as directed (production, field spares engineering testing and prototyping)
    • Write PO's and obtain approval through prescribed process (production, field spares, engineering testing, and prototyping)
    • Track and update order delivery dates in weekly to ensure on time delivery. Escalate all anticipated late deliveries to manager
    • Receive all material purchased through the Seattle Supply Chain Department into Carbon Robotics inventory, and assist with material receiving for other departments as needed
    • Maintain accurate inventory count at Seattle location and collaborate with Carbon Inventory Manager as applicable.
    • Coordinate, pack, and ship consigned material inventoried at Seattle location to applicable contract manufacturers, and other Carbon Robotics locations

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:

    • Proficient with Google Suite, Fishbowl, NetSuite and other Supply Chain tools
    • Experience in purchasing sheet metal fabrication, machined components, electrical harness/pcb is an added advantage.
    • Highly organized with excellent time management to juggle multiple priorities at the same time
    • Attention to detail
    • Problem solving ability with good communication skills
    • Detail-oriented, with proven ability to deliver complex analysis, reconciliations and reports
    • Professional demeanor and solid teamwork skills to foster collaborative relationships across all business segments and locations.
    Carbon Robotics follows equitable hiring practices. Flexibility in our hiring process allows hiring of talent at levels different from what are posted. The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for similar work.

    Carbon Robotics' base salary pay range:

    $60,296—$88,031 USD
