The Tech Sales Representative handles inbound/outbound calls for orders and assists with purchases in the showroom when customers visit the world-famous showroom!

Key Job Elements (Essential Functions Performed):

• Greet customers and provide top-notch customer service throughout the whole customer shopping experience.
• Answer customer product questions and technical questions about new and existing products.
• Inform customers of current sales by phone/email and in person.
• Restock store items and notify management of low-stock items that need to be ordered.
• Upsell and cross-sell all Holley products as needed.
• Respond to customer issues promptly and effectively by phone or email.
• Assist customers through the sale process.
• Document and report technical or quality issues to product teams.
• Provide suggestions for new products.
• All other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Education/Experience required):

• Retail/office experience required.
• Experience with the Motorsports/Racing industry, a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• High school diploma required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting up-to 30 lbs.
