Responsibilities:

   • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

Qualifications:

• Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ideally has experience as a recruiter in the mining industry, with a focus on gold mining operations.
