Technical Support Manager manages technical service-related operations for an organization. To be a Technical Support Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Technical Support Representative

  • I'm currently assisting a national financial institution in hiring 7 Hybrid Technical Support Representatives. These roles are direct placement opportunities and will service the organization in a high volume call center setting supporting internal employee's with password resets and technical application issues.

    These roles are hybrid, requiring up to 3 days in office/weekly in the following locations:

    Atlanta, GA

    Phoenix, AZ

    Omaha, NE

    St. Paul, MN

    St. Petersberg, FL

    Jersey City, NJ

    Schedule:

    Must be open to work any shift 7am - 8:30pm in your respective timezone.

    Description:

    • Takes 20-50 calls per day conducting mainly password resets (40% of the time), system navigations and clearing caches.
    • All day phone support, takes calls and also communicating with other tech support reps and assisting with other cases when needed
    • Remotely logs in through Zoom applications
    • Navigates through different systems depending on the Financial Advisor/Client you are speaking with and what Brokerage they partner with
    • Operates different systems (Brokerage Websites (Advisor Portals), Wealthscape, EQUIPT, E-forms Quick (e-sign form), Smarch (email platform).
    • Responsible for logging all calls completed or in process cases on Vision2020 through Salesforce.
    • Receive calls through Cisco Call Center platform

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Must be able to operate Microsoft Office Suite confidently, especially excel.
    • Experience using and navigating Windows PC
    • Great customer service skills
    • Familiarity with financial companies or experience working for a financial institution such as a brokerage or financial advisor.
    • Experience with technical support preferred.
