Imagine USA is a digital dentistry company that provides dental clinics and laboratories with the hardware, software and supplies needed to manufacture dental prosthetics (crowns, bridges, dentures, etc.). In addition to this, we provide all the technical support for these products, which includes on-site installations, training and general phone and remote support.

We are currently seeking two Technical Support Representatives to join our growing team in Milford, NH. This is an opportunity to gain the knowledge and technical skills to work with digital dental technology. Training with be provided for the right candidates.

Qualified candidates should have a strong technical aptitude, genuine interest in computer aided design and manufacturing, and the ability to work well with others remotely and over the phone.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Proactively work to resolve customer issues via phone support and remote screen share
• Manage support case tickets and work with support technicians and vendors to close tickets as soon as possible
• Use remote tools, such as TeamViewer, to further diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Accurately and diligently record case progress including documenting phone conversations, summarizing remote support activities and saving relevant documentation
• Assist on-site technicians as needed

Desirable Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal skills both written and oral
• Prior experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required
• Prior experience with Dental CAD/CAM software and equipment preferred, but not required
