    Join Our Team as a Territory Sales Manager:

     

    We're expanding rapidly and seeking a professional, self-motivated individual to join us as a Territory Sales Manager. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you'll be an integral part of our team of professional salespeople, working collaboratively to achieve and exceed company goals.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve growth and surpass sales targets.
    • Contribute to devising and executing a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence.
    • Recruit, set objectives, and monitor performance, fostering growth opportunities within the team.
    • Cultivate enduring relationships with the sales team and understand their needs for success.
    • Identify growth opportunities within the existing customer base and explore avenues for new business.

    • Leadership Skills: Motivate yourself, collaborate on setting and achieving personal sales goals, and adeptly resolve conflicts.
    • Analytical Skills: Analyze personal sales numbers to uncover growth opportunities.

    • Communication Skills: Act as an effective listener and speaker to assist customers and enable collaboration with team members.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales in a highly competitive market, with a focus on wholesale auto parts, particularly in the aftermarket industry. Previous success in a similar individual contributor role is preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
    • Experience in prospecting new business and closing sales, with a track record of engaging with installers, fleets, municipalities, and car dealerships considered a plus.
    • Formal education in sales or a technical-related area is highly desirable.
    • Possesses excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Strong time management abilities with the capacity to multitask are advantageous.
    • Demonstrates strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from a manager to accomplish objectives.
    • Requires an individual with an outgoing and assertive personality, showing initiative, proactivity, a positive outlook, and a "can-do/seize-the-day" attitude.
    • Results-focused, productive, and committed to personal and professional growth within our growing Parts Authority family.
    • Proficient in Google Applications and some Microsoft Office products like Word and Excel.
    • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
    • General automotive knowledge is helpful.
