Summary: Primary role is to sell tickets to guests while providing a positive guest experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help guest select the right product choice for their stay
- Offer other Bromley products
- Inform guests of closings, delays and current hazards
- Knowledgeable of all special deals and programs including coupons
- Knowledgeable of all comp programs
- Answer the phone politely and provide accurate Bromley information
- Balance cash drawer: keep track of payments (cash, credit cards, vouchers, etc.)
- Responsible for keeping the ticket office clean and organized
- Function as Guest Service Relations dealing with guest complaints and issues regarding their visit to Bromley
- Other duties as assigned
