Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-7 years of experience specifically managing compensation philosophy, and overall framework for a large company (1,000 employees or more). While human resources experience is valuable, this individual must have previous working experience centered around compensation management.
- Proven experience and knowledge of how to research, implement, and manage competitive compensation programs.
- Tools and ability to research market competitiveness, compensation effectiveness, and best-of-breed compensation practices.
- Working knowledge of collection and utilization of internal data to drive decision-making. Relevant experience would include salary surveys, employee engagement surveys, and focus groups.
- Must be a strong communicator and make recommenations regarding salary, pay recommendations, policy interpretations, and overall talent management best practices to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar business-related field.
- Previous experience working in the A/E/C industry is a plus.
