    • Proven experience and knowledge of how to research, implement, and manage competitive compensation programs.
    • Tools and ability to research market competitiveness, compensation effectiveness, and best-of-breed compensation practices.
    • Working knowledge of collection and utilization of internal data to drive decision-making.  Relevant experience would include salary surveys, employee engagement surveys, and focus groups.
    • Must be a strong communicator and make recommenations regarding salary, pay recommendations, policy interpretations, and overall talent management best practices to senior leadership.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar business-related field.
    • Previous experience working in the A/E/C industry is a plus.
