Max Hourly Rate($) : 26.00

This is a 6-month contingent role with the possibility of permanent placement.

• Administrative support to include, but not limited to document creation, supply ordering and management, meeting scheduling, monitoring electronic correspondence, executive travel scheduling, event planning / support
• Project support related to new LG-Honda JV battery plant construction. Summarize data and prepare electronic documents, take meeting minutes.
• Support search and seek process and onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist in event planning and logistics related to recruitment, key project milestones, and community engagement
• Support all Jeffersonville office locations for total project
• Other HR administrative functions as determined

Daily Tasks :

Email, meeting participation, meeting notes, customer interactions follow ups, document creation, event planning, team interactions.
