Top Division Human Resources Executive plans and directs human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives for a division or region within an organization. Implements end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. Being a Top Division Human Resources Executive partners with leadership across the organization to provide human resources programs aligned with the organization's operational objectives, mission, and values. Builds and develops the teams and technology resources to facilitate regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, transaction processing, and analysis of workforce metrics. Additionally, Top Division Human Resources Executive identifies and explores trends in human resources to enhance the employee experience, meet evolving organizational needs and create innovative programs.     • Administrative support to include, but not limited to document creation, supply ordering and management, meeting scheduling, monitoring electronic correspondence, executive travel scheduling, event planning / support
    • Project support related to new LG-Honda JV battery plant construction. Summarize data and prepare electronic documents, take meeting minutes.
    • Support search and seek process and onboarding process for new hires.
    • Assist in event planning and logistics related to recruitment, key project milestones, and community engagement
    • Support all Jeffersonville office locations for total project
    • Other HR administrative functions as determined

    Daily Tasks :

    Email, meeting participation, meeting notes, customer interactions follow ups, document creation, event planning, team interactions.
