Position Description
The Traffic Control Field Manager will oversee a team of Field Traffic Control
Technicians and is responsible for day-to-day tasks, zone audits, field
inspections, field employee morale, and employee retention.
Responsibilities
The Traffic Control Field Manager is the first point of contact for any field
employees needing assistance and is expected to be available and responsive.
Other duties will include:
● Onsite customer interactions to gather feedback and build rapport
● Employee coaching and discipline
● Respond to internal and external communications, safety, accident, and injury
investigations
● Equipment preparations, monthly training, meetings, and more.

● Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) is required
● Must have a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record
● Must be able to successfully pass drug test
● Must have a clean record of any felonies for the past 7 years
● Must have reliable transportation
● This position requires an extremely flexible schedule with early mornings,
evenings, weekends and sometimes nights.
● Some travel outside the state with overnight stays will be mandatory at times.
