    Job Description:
    Our growing Denver team is currently looking for an enthusiastic office manager. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our office, with a strong focus on providing great customer service to our clients. The office manager will collaborate closely with the General Manager, sales force, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have a positive outlook, with strong organizational and communication skills.
    Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
    • Manage day-to-day office operations.
    • Enforce office policies and procedures to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
    • Interaction with customers, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
    • Handle customers’ orders, payments, questions, and concerns.
    • A/R Daily procedures relating to customer billing, returns, reconciliation of customer payments and bank deposits.
    • Operational procedures related to PO approval and expediting, vendor relations in conjunction with GM, maintaining supporting documentation, assisting with inventory control, etc.
    • Manage office supplies and expenses, including reconciliation of petty cash.
    • Coordinate office events and meetings.
    • Provide administrative support to GM and other departments/assist with other tasks as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • College degree in Business Administration or related field a plus but not required.
    • 1-3 years proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
    • Basic bookkeeping skills, billing, bank deposits, expense tracking, petty cash, etc.
    • Time management and organization skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive info.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel
    • Experience with Oracle/NetSuite a plus but not required.
