  • Elevated Wine Experience is positioned in the heart of the Heavenly Village. We are currently hiring 2 people for a unique position. Your job will be stopping random people as they walk by and convincing them to come inside to do our one of a kind wine tasting. This is a very important position as our business depends on people coming inside and doing a wine tasting. It is very important that you are outgoing, friendly, well dressed and manicured. You must have the confidence to know you will be able to convince random strangers walking by the wine bar, to come inside and do a wine tasting. You will be expected to be able to perform this task immediately. Teamwork and friendly customer service are essential and are what we are all about at Elevated!

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • At least 21 years of age
    • Passion for people, wine, food, and service!
    • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Hard-working, team player
    • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day
    • Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours in length
    • Ability to perform essential functions to EWX standards with reasonable accommodation
    • Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays
    • Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers, and team members
    • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Greet all visitors and convince them to come inside to do a wine tasting
    • Provide general tourist information
    • Assist with special events as needed
    • Promotes the sale of wine and non-wine products sold in the Tasting Room
    • Represents the company and brand professionally, graciously, and enthusiastically.
    • Attend and participate in all tasting room meetings and other general winery meetings as scheduled.
    • Follow the directions of supervisors or managers

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $32.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
